We process personal data only where the law allows it. We use your data to run this website, respond to your requests, arrange demos and conversations, and, only with your consent, understand how the website is used. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

The legal bases we rely on under the GDPR are:

This website is hosted by LandingRabbit Ltd. When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical information your browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited, the referring page, browser type and version, and operating system.

We use this data to deliver the website and keep it secure and stable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after [NUMBER] days, unless we need them longer to investigate a specific security incident. We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider.

When you use one of our forms (Contact, Book a demo, or the Advisory form), we collect the details you enter:

first and last name

email address

organization

the area you are interested in (where the form offers it)

phone number (optional, demo forms only)

your message (optional)

We use these details only to handle your request, including arranging a demo or conversation and any follow-up you ask for. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a possible contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Form submissions are sent to us by email and stored in LandingRabbit Ltd. We keep your details for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and delete them no later than [24] months after our last contact, unless a legal retention period requires longer storage.

If you email us, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The same retention rules apply as for the forms.

Our website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (for example, remembering your cookie choice). These don't require consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG).

Our website uses the Poppins and Exo 2 fonts. They are hosted on our own server, so no connection to Google or any other font provider is made when you visit the website.

The videos on our website are hosted on our own server.

Our website links to our LinkedIn company page. It is a simple link, and no data is transferred to LinkedIn until you click it. When you visit our LinkedIn page, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company processes your data under its own privacy policy. For page statistics ("Page Insights"), we and LinkedIn are joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR, and LinkedIn has taken on the main responsibility for this processing. We share your data only with service providers who help us run the website and handle requests (hosting, email, form/CRM tools), and only as far as necessary. They process data on our behalf and under a data processing agreement.

We delete personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless statutory retention periods apply (for example, under German commercial and tax law, up to 6 or 10 years for business correspondence and records).
